START A RETURN

To initiate a return and receive a prepaid return shipping label, click here or the "START A RETURN" button above. Please allow 24 hours for return requests to be processed and to receive a return shipping label via email. Requests placed after 12pm PST on a Friday, over the weekend or during a holiday closure will be processed within 24 hours of the next operating business day.

DOLAN accepts free returns for U.S. orders on goods received back to us within 30 calendar days of delivery date. All goods must be returned unworn and in perfect condition with original tags if applicable (the gift totes are yours to keep!). Please also include the order number or packing slip.

E-gift cards, Speak Up Tees, Final Sale, most Protective Essentials items and donations to The Laundry Truck LA are non-refundable.

Returns received after 30 days will incur a $15 restocking fee deducted from your refund. Returns are not accepted after 45 days. Packages received after 45 days will be returned to the address listed on the order. Please allow 7 days transit time.

Returns are usually processed within 5 business days of receipt but we may need extra time during quarantine operations. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for your refund (returned items less any shipping costs) to post to your credit card. All refunds will be given in the same method as original payment.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.

If there was a mistake on the part of DOLAN or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges.

Because we are working as quickly as possible to fulfill orders, we are unable to revise or cancel an order after it has been placed. Refused packages are subject to a restocking fee.

EXCHANGES

DOLAN does not hold items for exchange. If you'd like to make an exchange, please return your original item(s) for a full refund, less shipping, and place a new order.

FINAL SALE

FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return. This includes e-gift cards, items marked final sale, face covers, and donations. Final sale product returned back to DOLAN without an approved return request will be sent back to the address on the order.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

DOLAN also offers easy returns on international orders! International returns must be postmarked to DOLAN within 30 days of customer delivery. You will be refunded the amount of your order less all shipping costs. Any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable.

USPS Domestic Deliveries Affected by COVID-19

USPS announced that due to the COVID-19 pandemic’s effect on transportation availability, some services will experience delays beginning April 17, 2020. Below is what you need to know.

USPS Priority Mail Express: This service will not experience any delays at this time.

USPS Priority Mail: Local 1-day delivery will not experience delays. However, the 2-3 day delivery window will be extended to 3-4 days.

USPS First-Class Package Service: We do not suggest USPS First Class shipping at this time due to inconsistent reliability.

Package marked delivered but can't find it? Please allow an extra day or two for your package to turn up (for some reason some USPS packages are being marked delivered prior to actual delivery). If it still doesn't arrive, please file a claim with USPS here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm or contact Route using the instructions they've emailed you if you purchased Route shipping insurance on your order.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

All orders are fully insured when Route Shipping Insurance is purchased at checkout, calculated as a small percentage of total order value. Route provides protection for shipments that are lost, damaged, or stolen. While we highly recommend shipping insurance, customers can easily opt-in or out from their shopping cart. Orders placed between Sunday and midnight PST Thursday are shipped from our Los Angeles warehouse within 2 business days pending item availability and order volume. Orders received after midnight PST on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday. Express packages are given priority and in most cases, go out within 1 business day (24 hours at a minimum). Items on back-order and items requiring additional time to ship are noted within product details.

Please ensure your order is shipping to a secure location, as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered.

Orders cannot ship until payment and delivery details are approved. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by address or payment verification. Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. DOLAN is unable to reroute packages.

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. If you are shipping within the U.S., sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to the state of California. DOLAN is not responsible for international shipping duties, taxes or fees.
