HOW TO MEASURE?

Bust

Measure under your arms at the fuller part of your bust. Keep tape level across your shoulder blades.

Natural Waist

Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.

Drop Waist

Measure around your body 1 1/2" below your natural waist.

Hips

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Inseam

Using a pair of your pants that fit well, measure from midline seam to bottom of leg.

We've extended our free return window to 30 days during this time of sheltering in place so you can try DOLAN risk free in case you want to make the final decision when you're out of quarantine.

We apologize in advance for any returns delays resulting from slower than usual operating hours during COVID-19 quarantine. 

To initiate a return and receive a prepaid return shipping label, click here or the "START A RETURN" button above. Please allow 24 hours for return requests to be processed and to receive a return shipping label via email. Requests placed after 12pm PST on a Friday, over the weekend or during a holiday closure will be processed within 24 hours of the next operating business day.

DOLAN accepts free returns for U.S. orders on goods received back to us within 14 calendar days of delivery date, except during time of quarantine in which case we accept free returns within 30 days of delivery. All goods must be returned unworn and in perfect condition with original tags if applicable (the gift totes are yours to keep!). Please also include the order number or packing slip.

E-gift cards, Speak Up Tees, Final Sale items and donations to The Laundry Truck LA are non-refundable. 

Returns received after 30 days will incur a $15 restocking fee deducted from your refund. Returns are not accepted after 45 days. Packages received after 45 days will be returned to the address listed on the order. Please allow 7 days transit time. 

Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for your refund (returned items less any shipping costs) to post to your credit card. All refunds will be given in the same method as original payment.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.

If there was a mistake on the part of DOLAN or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges. DOLAN is not able to alter or cancel orders once they have been placed. Refused packages are subject to a restocking fee.

EXCHANGES

DOLAN does not hold items for exchange. If you'd like to make an exchange, please return your original item(s) for a full refund, less shipping, and place a new order. 

FINAL SALE

FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return. This includes e-gift cards, items marked final sale within product listing and donations.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

DOLAN also offers easy returns on international orders! International returns must be postmarked to DOLAN within 30 days of customer delivery. You will be refunded the amount of your order less all shipping costs. Any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

All orders are fully insured when Route Shipping Insurance is purchased at checkout, calculated as a small percentage of total order value. Route provides protection for shipments that are lost, damaged, or stolen. While we highly recommend shipping insurance, customers can easily opt-out by removing Route Shipping Insurance from their shopping cart. Visit routeapp.io to learn more. Shipping insurance is non-refundable once an order has shipped.

PROCESSING & HANDLING

Orders placed between Sunday and midnight PST Thursday are shipped from our Los Angeles warehouse within 2 business days pending item availability and order volume. Orders received after midnight PST on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday. Express packages are given priority and in most cases, go out within 1 business day (24 hours at a minimum).  Items on back-order and items requiring additional time to ship are noted within product details. 

Please ensure your order is shipping to a secure location, as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered. 

Orders ship once payment and delivery details are approved. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by address or payment verification. Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. DOLAN is unable to reroute packages.

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. If you are shipping within the U.S., sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to the state of California. DOLAN is not responsible for international shipping duties, taxes or fees.
