REWARDS, DISCOUNTS & CAMPAIGNS
HOW DO I PARTICIPATE?
Create a store rewards account and sign up for emails by clicking "Get Rewards" or "Sign Up". First time customers, new email subscribers and reviewers will also be automatically enrolled and start earning points. To log in again and keep track of your points, make sure to create a log in and use the same email address used for order(s), subscribing to email and/or placing a review.
HOW CAN I EARN POINTS?
You can earn points by completing actions listed in rewards tab. Just click on the rewards tab and "How to Earn Points" to see the list of activities available for you to take part.
HOW CAN I SPEND MY POINTS?
Just click on the rewards tab and "Rewards" to see how many points are required to earn each reward.
WILL I LOSE POINTS IF AN ORDER IS REFUNDED OR CANCELED?
Yes, unfortunately refunded and canceled orders will no longer earn points.
WILL I EARN POINTS ON TAX AND SHIPPING?
No. Points are earned based on order value before tax and shipping and after any discounts.
WILL I ALSO START RECEIVING DOLAN EMAILS WHEN MY ACCOUNT IS CREATED?
Yes! You will automatically be subscribed to receive DOLAN emails and earn additional points for subscribing when your account is created so you will never miss a beat. You can easily subscribe or unsubscribe at any point from within your account profile settings (or unsubscribe from within any campaign email).
1. Discount codes and automatic shop discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases, shipping fees, taxes, e-gift card purchases or donation based products. If customer wishes to apply multiple eligible discount codes, separate order transactions must be placed. Some discounts, like our new subscriber discount, are limited to one use per customer.
2. In the event of return on an order in which a discount was applied, DOLAN reserves the right to limit or deny repeat use of the same discount code.
